Safe and Sound Health’s Small Tubular Support Bandage is a multi-use compression bandage that provides a firm but gentle compression to soft tissue injuries such as sprains, strains and arthritic joints.
The tubular support bandage helps to control motion and prevent further injury, without restricting movement. By applying an even and continuous compression, our tubular support bandage helps to reduce swelling and provides stability and warmth to the injury or weak joint.

I bought one of these for my wife as she has severe arthritic pain in one of her knees.
It was so effective and reasonably priced, that a few days later I ordered another one as a spare. Forget the “Hi-Tech” ones with their fancy gizmos and labels,(and prices). This one is fine.

I use these supports as I have nerve damage in both knees. They really help me to walk. Without them the pain can be quite unbearable. They are not as restrictive as the neoprene ones so allow more movement. My only criticism would be that the band at the top could do with being a lot deeper as they do tend to bunch up a bit.
