This is the Rolls Royce of pill cutters and it is the second I have bought. It is efficient, pill is placed and securely held so that the cutting is accurate. I would not use any other.

Looks roughly made. However, that is not bad for the price. I have cut several diamond shaped pills with it and it works well. Buy this if you want a cheap pill cutter.
