Description

Safe and Sound Health’s Assorted Finger and Knuckle Plasters have been designed specifically for injuries to the fingertips and knuckles. Each pack contains two different shaped plasters, ‘H-shaped’ for knuckles and ‘butterfly’ shape for fingertips. The soft and flexible material allows the plaster to comfortably contour around the different parts of the finger, protecting and cushioning cuts or grazes.

Created to be flexible and stretchy, our finger and knuckle plasters contour with the skin’s movements. They protect the wound from dirt and bacteria while the non-stick wound pad creates a moist healing environment, helping to speed up recovery time.

Application (Knuckle plaster)

1. Thoroughly wash your hands before tending to any open wounds with either soap and water or antibacterial hand gel 
2. Gently rinse the wound with water, removing any dirt or grit. You can use an antiseptic wipe or antiseptic spray to clean and disinfect the wound and surrounding area
3. Carefully pat the knuckle wound dry and check the plaster for folds and creases before applying. Take the ‘H-shaped’ knuckle plaster and place the wound pad over the injury, wrapping the arms around the knuckle. Firmly press down on the adhesive, ensuring the plasters is secure without any bumps or gaps around the edges

Application (Fingertip plaster)

1. Thoroughly wash your hands before tending to any open wounds with either soap and water or antibacterial hand gel 
2. Gently rinse the wound with water, removing any dirt or grit. You can use an antiseptic wipe or antiseptic spray to clean and disinfect the wound and surrounding area
3. Carefully pat the fingertip dry and check the plaster for folds and creases before applying. Place the non-stick wound pad over the injury and fold the edges around the fingertip. Firmly press down the adhesive and ensure the plaster is secure without any bumps or gaps around the edges
